Guidelines for the Ethical Conduct of Research among People from Migrant, Refugee and Refugee-like Backgrounds Summary

The MRHP is proud to share that in June the Partnership presented to the Australian Health Ethics Council the Summary of "Guidelines for the Ethical Conduct of Research among People from Migrant, Refugee and Refugee-like Backgrounds." We briefly summarize the findings of a systematic review commissioned by the Partnership on the current available literature and synthesised the set of recommendations outlined by various guidelines while also highlighting the gaps in current guidelines pertaining to knowledge, practice and research implementation.

Moving into 2024, a major aim of the Partnership is to further this work as the standard of best practice.
