Bilingual and Bicultural Health Workforce

Bilingual and bicultural health workers play a crucial role in facilitating a person-centred approach to care. The Migrant and Refugee Health Partnership is working to develop a greater shared understanding of the unique contribution that bicultural and bilingual health workers make to the healthcare system, and advocating for improved recognition, resourcing and professionalisation.
